Product description

  1. Up to a 30 minute initial Skype conference.
  2. Drafting of a Financial Agreement under the Family Law Act (Cth) 1975, sent to you within 7 days of submitting payment and answering the questionnaire.
  3. A letter of advice regarding the agreement and associated drafting and correspondance (please see Terms and conditions).
  4. Final execution of the document with you in person or by Skype, and posting necessary certificates to you.


Please note that your partner requires independant legal advice from a lawyer not associated with our firm and they must identify and select a lawyer to this end.  This cost is not included in our cost.
