Product description
This product consists of a Concession court filing fee of $285.00 + $660.00 + GST for our services. To see if you qualify for a Concession court filing fee, please click here.
Please note you must be entitled to a reduction of fees with the Family Court of Australia to qualify for our Concession product.
- Drafting of an application for divorce sent to you within 7 days of submitting payment and answering the questionnaire.
- Providing instructions for signing the application for you or attendance to sign the application in our Melbourne office.
- Filing of divorce.
- Service of divorce upon your spouse in Australia only.
- Filing documents to establish service or service attempts.
- Attendance at the initial Court listing of your divorce application seeking a divorce be made.
Please note that this excludes any additional attendances required if your spouse disputes the divorce and a full hearing of evidence is required, and excludes the cost of drafting any material to support your separation having occured even though you did not live in separate houses for the last 12 months.
